If jilocc discovers or has reason to believe that a registered account belongs to a person under 21 years of age, jilocc will immediately suspend the account, void any transactions, and securely delete the associated personal data, except where retention is required by law for regulatory reporting purposes.

jilocc primarily stores and processes personal data within the Philippines. In certain circumstances, personal data may be transferred to or processed by service providers located outside the Philippines, including game software providers and cloud infrastructure providers operating in other jurisdictions.
