Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the jilocc Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts, forfeiture of any balances held therein, and reporting to relevant regulatory authorities.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. jilocc reserves the right to suspend or close accounts where inaccurate, misleading, or fraudulent information has been provided. All information submitted to jilocc is subject to verification.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jilocc account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued for two-factor authentication. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. jilocc will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You must notify jilocc immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
jilocc is required by PAGCOR regulations and applicable anti-money laundering laws to verify the identity of all players. You agree to provide such documentation as jilocc may reasonably request for KYC purposes, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/GSIS ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or account access.
jilocc accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BDO online banking, BPI online banking, Metrobank online banking, and 7-Eleven Cliqq. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). jilocc does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit, subject to applicable KYC verification requirements and PAGCOR transaction reporting thresholds.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance review. jilocc aims to process approved withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three (3) business days depending on the receiving bank's processing times. jilocc reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
jilocc operates a return-to-source withdrawal policy. Winnings and deposits will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible. This policy is in place to comply with anti-money laundering regulations.
jilocc does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g., your bank or GCash) may apply their own transaction fees, for which jilocc accepts no responsibility.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by jilocc are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be specified in the relevant promotion terms. jilocc reserves the right to void bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom if wagering requirements are not met within the specified timeframe.
jilocc reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or promotional credit, and to close the associated account, where jilocc reasonably suspects that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using automated software to exploit bonus terms, or colluding with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes.
The jilocc welcome bonus of 100% up to ₱8,000 on a player's first deposit is available to new players only, subject to a minimum qualifying deposit of ₱100. The welcome bonus is subject to wagering requirements as specified in the promotion terms. The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per player, per household, and per device. Players must be 21 years of age or older to claim any bonus.
All jilocc casino games that rely on random outcomes use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The RNG systems used by jilocc's game providers are independently tested and certified to ensure fairness and unpredictability of outcomes. jilocc does not manipulate game outcomes.

No compensation will be paid for losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the return of the wagered stake.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the jilocc Platform without the prior written consent of jilocc. Unauthorized use of jilocc's intellectual property may result in legal action.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jilocc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if jilocc has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
jilocc's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jilocc account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jilocc does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
jilocc collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the jilocc Privacy Policy.
jilocc implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. jilocc does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and identity verification providers as required by law or necessary to provide the Platform services.
jilocc reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jilocc will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where changes are required by law or regulatory directive, in which case they may take effect immediately.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request the closure of your account and withdrawal of any remaining balance.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jilocc Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with jilocc through good-faith negotiation by contacting jilocc's customer support team. jilocc will endeavor to resolve all disputes within thirty (30) days of receiving written notice of the dispute.
Players who believe that jilocc has acted in breach of its PAGCOR license conditions may also file a complaint directly with the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
